Cancellation & Refund Policy

  If you are unable to attend the workshop, we must be notified five (5) business days prior to the start of the workshop.

  If you cancel five (5) business days prior to the first day of the workshop, you will receive a full refund.  Please e-mail
    your request to: customer.service@granttrainingcenter.com.  Your refund will be mailed to you within 30 days.

  If you cancel four (4) business days prior to first day of the workshop, $100.00 of your total registration fee will
    be deducted to cover administrative cost.

  If you elect to cancel one (1) day prior to the start of the workshop, no refund will be given.
