Research Proposal Writing
This
three-day workshop is geared for academic researchers initiating their research
and for the experienced professionals and scholars in quest for funding from
federal, state and foundation donors. Grant-writers who have reached a plateau
in their effectiveness and want to get more results, improve their funding
success and make sure they know the latest on web-based research and hot-button
issues of donors will greatly benefit from this workshop. Participants will also
receive one-on-one advice on their specific projects.
This comprehensive course will focus on the traits of a successful grant
proposal, understanding the review process, organizing and writing the research
plan, the strategies for paralleling proposals to the donor's guidelines and the
ultimate development of each section of the grant for scholarly and innovative
excellence.
