General Workshop Questions:

A. Our classes fill-up quickly, and our registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis,
you should register as far in advance as possible.
A. If the class is full, we shall notify you, and you can register for the next available
workshop in your area.
A. You may call or e-mail our office for this information; however, upon registration we
electronically send extensive materials that include: location, agenda, faculty resumes of
those teaching the class, how to prepare for the course, what to bring, and
hotel accommodations for those traveling.
A. All our graduates will have access to the updated CD and will receive our bi-monthly newsletter
with the latest news on funding opportunities.
A. We will be happy to review the executive summary/abstract and discuss the direction of
your grant with you.
A. Usually, at the end of each year, we schedule a one-day conference where our alumni can present
their winning proposals and meet with granting agency representatives.
A. Upon everyone’s approval, we send the e-mail and contact list to those who attended the class.
A. Our instructors have over 10 years experience in grant procurement and are selected for their
ability to effectively train our clients in an interactive, entertaining and substantive approach.
A. Our success rate as measured over the past five years, is over 70% of those who submit their
proposals.
A. Although we can recommend possibilities, this is the responsibility of the participant.
Payment Questions:
A. Should you wish, you can register and then pay up to the day of the class. However, since we
accept purchase orders, payment may come from the institution after the class has taken place.
A. We accept credit cards, checks, money orders and purchase orders.
A. Yes, please submit all payment is U.S. dollars. All checks must say payable in U.S. dollars.
A. Five or more working days prior to the workshop, registration can be canceled for full refund or credit. Four or fewer days prior, registration can be canceled for credit only. Credit will be issued for the full amount paid and can be applied toward any future workshop(s).
